Elena is a gifted Reiki master and teacher. She is a true believer in higher states of love and compassion to be helpers and healers on our journeys. When these states are combined with a calm nervous system, suggestions, and gentle touch - that it can help clear energetic blockages and promote a healthy energy flow in the mental/emotional and physical bodies. 

Lena went through her awakening process after the unfortunate passing of her husband after his battle with cancer in 2020. Since then she has been learning and practicing Reiki and other healing modalities, and has worked with people from different walks of life, including volunteering as a Reiki healer for people with cancer and their caregivers. In the healing arts she found her true calling and is thankful for being able to help and serve in that way.
